Meals On Wheels of Tarrant County Christmas Gifts

Meals on Wheels of Tarrant County is reaching out again for help in providing a Christmas gift to every client who receives meals during the year. We currently have 30 volunteer drivers who deliver meals to clients from Most Blessed Sacrament Church, the North Arlington distribution site, every week and they look forward to giving a gift with the meals for the Christmas holiday. The drivers will deliver the gifts the week of December 14. A suggested gift list is below:
HOLIDAY GIFT SUGGESTIONSLight bulbs Night lights Postage stamps and/or stationary Fleece throws Batteries Crossword/Word Search Slippers Adult coloring book/crayons or map pencils Flashlights Magazines Hand/body lotion Blankets Mittens/gloves/socks Snacks Knit hats Sweatpants Scarves Bed pillows Combs/brushes for hair Pet toys (for your clients that have pets) Lap robes Perfume or cologne Handkerchief Boxes of tissues Magnifying glass Specialty teas/hot chocolate Calendars Cuddly stuffed animal Big face clock Back scratcher Stamps and cards Small picture frame Post it notes Dish towel/sponge Big piece puzzle Liquid hand soap All gifts should be individually wrapped and
tagged male or female.Collection boxes are available at all entrances of the church.
The deadline for donations is Sunday, December 13.
